The drive out to Lamba Ness was enlivened by good numbers of Wheatears on the road. Whilst the sea-watch was quieter for seabirds a pod of c.5 Risso's Dolphins heading for Norwick bay put on a fine show. Whilst tracking the Dolphins I heard a Lapland Bunting calling amongst Meadow Pipits and it obligingly pitched-down in front of me.
