11th October 2021 Unst NW4 Heavy showers clearing

A cold northwesterly blast but after the early morning heavy showers cleared it produced a decent seawatch from Lamba Ness with a superb White-billed Diver flying north being the highlight and then we found a smart Hornemann's Arctic Redpoll at Valyie.

Lamba Ness: adult White-billed Diver, 5 blue Fulmars, 20 Sooty Shearwaters, Bonxie, 2 Little Auks, Arctic/Long-tailed Skua (S) & 2 Arctic Terns.
