A cold but clear day with the decent run of Siberian Chiffchaffs continuing. At Valyie I saw a Woodcock, 2 Robins, 2 Redwings, a Waxwing, a male Blackcap and the Knot was still present on Norwick beach. The Siberian Chiffchaff was still present at NorthDale. A walk around Haroldswick produced 2 Skylarks, 3 Robins and a Siberian Chiffchaff. On returning home for lunch a Siberian Chiffchaff was present in our garden. We combined a visit to the shop in Baltasound with checking a few sites where we saw 3 Redwings, 5 Fieldfares, 6 Siberian Chiffchaffs and heard an overflying Redpoll.
