I met up with Brydon at 7am for a walk across Crussa Field where we flushed my first Jack Snipe of the year. A walk around both Haroldswick and Norwick proved quiet but a late afternoon check for Redpolls at Baltasound was rewarded with the flock of Mealy Redpolls also including the Coues's Arctic Redpoll.
