5th September 2019 Beachy NW1 Clear

An enjoyable visit to Beachy with my parents. The highlights were at least 3 Yellow Wagtails flying east over Birling where there were also a few Whitethroats and Willow Warblers and a flock of around 80 Linnets and 6 Corn Buntings. Chat Vale proved quiet albeit a few Sand Martins and Swallows were on the move but it was great to catch-up with Bob, Keith & Roger. A Hummingbird Hawk-Moth was a fitting finale to our visit as it buzzed around the Old Trapping Area.
