Another blustery day although at least it remained virtually dry all day. A walk around Norwick had produced 12 Teal, the Whinchat, 3 Chiffchaffs, a Willow Warbler and the Pied Flycatcher when I bumped into Clive who had just seen a Bluethroat - the first I've seen this Autumn. A check of a couple of sites in Baltasound produced nothing more than a Willow Warbler so we headed south where the best we could find was a flock of 5 Barnacle Geese at Muness. A late afternoon seawatch from Lamba Ness proved very quiet although it produced our first Snow Bunting of the Autumn.
