First visited Skaw where there was an adult and 2 juvenile Glaucous Gulls on the beach and a juvenile Great Northern Diver just offshore. Then spent 30 minutes sea-watching from Lamba Ness where the highlight was a blue Fulmar flying south. Haroldswick bay played host to 3 Great Northern Divers, a Red-breasted Merganser and a Grey Heron feeding along the beach. A walk to Burrafirth beach produced a juvenile Glaucous Gull.
