A day of westerly gales increasing throughout the day combined with squally hailstorms. Single adult and juvenile Glaucous Gulls were present in Norwick bay and a juvenile was at Skaw. Otherwise the 4 Tundra Bean Geese were still present at Norwick where 3 Golden Plover arrived in off the bay. The Golden Plover were the 50th species I've seen on Unst this year!
