We completed the monthly SOTEAG beached bird surveys for Norwick and Burrafirth. A flock of 20 tired Woodpigeons were the only obvious new arrivals.
Norwick: 3 Lesser Black-backed Gulls, 20 Woodpigeon, 20 Skylark, Stonechat, 5 Redwing & 10 Blackbirds.
Haroldswick: Pied Wagtail, Stonechat, Mistle Thrush & Chiffchaff.
Burrafirth: 6 Whooper Swans, 18 Tufted Duck & Glaucous Gull.
