10th March 2018 Ba'kelalan, Sarawak

We drove up to mid-elevation and walked down to Ba'kelalan just in case Hose's Broadbills were frequenting fruiting trees at a lower elevation than where we had been concentrating but we failed to find any. However, we did find a pair of Dulit Frogmouths at their daytime roost. We returned to the mid-elevation after dark to try spotlighting where a Bornean Wood Owl proved another new species for both ourselves and Badau.
