Swallow at Birling
Our first Swallow of the year that had beautifully eye-catching strongly orange-suffused underparts and underwing-coverts. Whilst such characters are often associated with American Barn Swallow and Middle Eastern forms of Swallow similarly plumaged individuals do occur in all European populations.
