Pale morph Booted Eagle near Drift, Cornwall (James Eaton)
Having teased us with appearances around Britain & Ireland it finally settled down for a short while near Drift Reservoir enabling us to catch-up with this potential first record for Britain & Ireland. Although seemingly very rare in captivity, somewhat controversially, the various national Records Committees unfortunately didn't add it to their respective lists.
