Adult Rose-coloured Starling at Birling (JFC)

We found this beauty as it flew across us whilst we walking through the Birling set-aside field and it soon settled in to the vicinity of the small pumping station and remained until the 15th June allowing many observers the chance to see it. Its appearance coincided with a large influx into Bulgaria and Hungary.
