Thick fog put pay to heading to mainland to work so I opted to walk to Skaw instead that produced my first 2 Swallows of the year. A look around Norwick added my first Common Redpoll of the year.
Skaw: Sparrowhawk, Common Sandpiper, 2 Swallow, 2 Whinchat, Blackcap, 2 Chiffchaff, 4 Willow Warbler, Song Thrush & 7 Fieldfare.
Norwick: Common Sandpiper, Collared Dove, Grey-headed Wagtail, 3 Common Redstart, Whinchat, Song Thrush, 2 Blackcap, Common Whitethroat, 3 Willow Warbler, Jackdaw, Common Redpoll & 3 Brambling.
NorthDale: Lesser Whitethroat & 17 Fieldfare.
