A day off to spend birding. The highlight was finding a 2cy Rosy Starling in among a small flock of Starlings favouring the grassy slopes between Valyie and Holsens road but there was no sign of the Green Warbler.

Norwick: Turtle Dove, Collared Dove, 3 Red-backed Shrike, Black Redstart, 2 Garden Warbler, 2 Marsh Warbler (one singing), 3 Icterine Warbler, Willow Warbler, Wood Warbler, 2 Spotted Flycatcher, Rosy Starling & Hawfinch.
NorthDale: 2 Red-backed Shrike, Willow Warbler, Spotted Flycatcher.
Burrafirth: Osprey, female Red-backed Shrike, 2 Willow Warbler, female Pied Flycatcher
Haroldswick: 3 Red-backed Shrike, 2 Icterine Warbler & Redwing.
